REFUND POLICY

At Rick’s Diner, we aim to provide excellent food and service. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it. Please read our policy on refunds and cancellations.

 

1. Dine-In Orders

If there is an issue with your meal, please inform your server immediately.

We will make every effort to correct the issue or provide a suitable replacement.

Refunds for dine-in meals are issued at the manager’s discretion.

 

2. Online Orders (Pickup or Delivery)

Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order. After that, we may already be preparing your food.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be offered based on the nature of the issue, subject to manager approval.

 

3. Reservations

We do not take reservations. Please call the restaurant for large party requirements or any other questions. 

 

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
